Cookie policy

1. What cookies are

Small files a website stores in your browser to work or to remember information.

2. Cookies we use

We only use our own technical cookies, needed for OKOME staff to sign in to the management screens. They do not affect visitors or customers and do not require consent:

• okome_admin: keeps the admin panel session. Lasts 8 hours.
• okome_counter: keeps the counter screen session. Lasts 14 hours.

3. What we don't use

We do not use analytics, advertising or social media cookies.

4. Third-party content: Google Maps

The map of our location does not load until you press “Show map”. At that point Google may set its own cookies and process data under its privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). If you don't press it, nothing from Google is loaded.

5. Managing cookies

You can view, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block technical cookies, the management screens won't work, but you can still browse and order.

6. Changes

If we start using other cookies, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before using them.

7. Your details remembered on your device

If you leave the box «Remember my details on this device» ticked when ordering, your browser stores your name, email, phone and address (local storage «okome.customer») to fill in the form next time. While you pay by card, your basket (the products only, no personal details) is kept in that browser tab («okome.basket») so it is still there if you come back without paying; it is deleted when you come back or close the tab. It is not a cookie and is sent to no one until you order again. You can delete them at any time with the link «Delete my details from this device» in the form, or by unticking the box.
